Highland Guitar Warranty

The Highland Guitar Company warranty covers parts and labor for a period of 2 years to the original purchaser.

Highland Guitar Company will, at its sole descretion, repair or replace any parts which are due to defective workmanship or materials, on condition that:

• The guitar is purchased from an authorized Highland Guitar dealer.
• The original purchase receipt is retained as your proof of purchase.
• Any service on your guitar is carried out by an authorized Highland dealer.

The Highland warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear including strings, frets, fingerboard,electronics,finish, any accidental damage or abuse.
• Defects that result from exposure to extremes in temperature or relative humidity.
• Failures that are caused by abuse or misuse, improper maintenance or repairs/modifications made by anyone not officially authorized by Highland Guitar Company to perform such services.
• Freight and handling costs.
